Tottenham Hotspur captain Harry Kane had to be substituted against Manchester City after injuring his ankle.
Kane was brought off after 58 minutes in the first leg of their Champions League clash at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday.
The striker went in for a challenge with Fabian Delph but came off worse.
His ankle looked to be the problem as he had to be helped down the tunnel by two members of the Spurs staff.
Lucas Moura had to be brought on in his place with the match finely balance at 0-0 at the time.
Tottenham fans will be worried about the prospect of being without their captain for any length of time.
